What can I use to disinfect my snake enclosure?

When I clean my case, I always wear it down the stairs to my garden, and hose them with a watering hose then the casing back up the stairs. I do not want to do that every time I clean my pen, because it is my back hurts and is tough, plus I can not wear a 40 gallons housing up and down my stairs. Its just too hard. Are there any sprays disinfectant in the I disinfect my snake enclosures can, but it can not hurt the snakes? Something like Windex or Lysol spray I could, but I do not think they are safe for my snakes. Do you know anything I can use to clean my job much easier?

Lysol should never be used because of strong oil that lead to toxicity. I clean my cages with chlorhexidine (brand name Nolvosan). It is nontoxic, easily with a little water and no residue is left, It will not hurt the snake diluted. I Just some in a little water and then wipe the dirty water / chlorhex with a paper towel. I can not be removed my cages at all how they stack custom built cages and are much too heavy to move. I brush them in the snake room. As long as you do not overdo the water should cleaning is not too much effort.
