My terrarium is too hot for my leopard gecko?

I recently bought an Exo-Terra Glass Terrarium, that 36 "x 18" x 18 "action. I have a UTH under him, and the temperature of the ceramic tiles I am using for is108f substrate and the air temperature is 85f in the day. In the night only with the UTH, the tile 94 is on the hot side. I have a zilla Desert Series 50 36 "light holds 3 halogen lights and a UV-fluorescence. I also have a deep dome with a Power Sun bulb. If the plate is too hot? Should I take reptile carpet and what is mentioned is the best combo of heat sources.

Yes, that's too hot. The hot side surface temperature should, at the highest, 90 degrees. Even at night you do not need it to be that hot. The overall temperature of the tank can fall to 70 degrees at night.
